I kind of get a kick out of reading the one star reviews. From people who fault the restaurant for not sending a mechanic out to fix their car. Or the occasional complainer of too small container size. You can’t please everybody all the time. At least those people are NEVER going to shop here again. Good! It will make my wait time shorter.Michelle and her husband, and family, work hard to provide the best Chinese food we have found in this area. They are nice people. They provide delicious food at a fair price. In 17 years, I’ve probably ordered from them hundreds of times, and never once have I had a complaint. I know that no food service is perfect, but if you can complain about Hop Hing, more than likely no one can meet your expectations. If you like someplace else, go there. Makes my line shorter!?

I dont live in Medina but when I drive through the family insists I bring home Hop Hing. We have never in 10 years gotten a bad meal here. I love the yellow curry chicken. The spare ribs are always moist. Fried rice is full of flavor and fresh. If you like spicy food they can kick any dish up a notch for you...and be warned if you ask for.spicy or extra spicy your gonna get it that way, which is perfect for me.
My favorite Chinese food? I already started eating but I did have some huge sweet n sour chicken pieces and very fresh. Price did go up a little but as every place has.

I called and made an order for pickup. I was unable to pick it up due to my car not starting so while trying to get my car to start and be fixed for two hours I get a voicemail from them TWO hours later. I call back letting them know my car broke down and I’m sorry. She acted awkward and said “ooookay….well it’s ready” I said “I understand but my car isn’t working I’m sorry” she said “oookay well if you still want it we have it” I said “thank you I would like it but once again my car is not starting and it’s probably cold now I’m very sorry” she said “well you need to call us next time!!” Im sorry that the state of my vehicle was on the forefront of my mind and not my order. 1.) don’t blame me. 2.) why call me two hours later expecting anyone to pick up cold imitation crab 3.) maybe once you knew I was struggling you could have offered better customer service and offered to remake it and deliver it. That would have solved everything or at the bare minimum showed empathy. I just hung up because I won’t be lectured for something out of my control. We all are struggling enough

Food was good, but delivery was incomplete. Refused to send us food we paid for. Responded to request for satisfaction. Will not purchase anything from you or doordash in the future. Previous experience with North Royalton Hop Hing was always great. Medina was not.

I ordered shrimp, it was horrible and not like jumbo at all.I order Mei Fun and it was terrible I cannot even eat it. It smells like curry and its dry and nasty. I also ordered wonton soup that when I asked what was in it she said water so I pointed out that its brown and she said they put oyster sauce in their soup! It was disgusting so I threw it out as well. I will never go there again !

The food seemed tasty as far as it was spicy, but I had beef, and the beef was absolutely disgusting, it was rubber. Pure rubber, not beef. Gross. Get the chicken or nothing

Such a disappointment!!! Ordered yesterday with high hopes of the great food I always received...It's been at least 6 years since I'd been here and was excited to have lunch...The food wasn't good at all. The Bourbon Chicken went straight into trash. It had no flavor and was watered-down. Egg rolls looked old. GENERAL Tso was nothing like years before. But on a good note Wonton soup and fortune cookie was good.
