Food was average. Typical bar food. Not great but not horrible. Service was sub par. Waited 10 minutes to get my beer from waitress, and never asked if I wanted a second even went waitress saw my glass empty.

We've been dining at OnTap for years and Thursday 03/29 was the worst food we've ever had. Overcooked, burned, cold on arrival. Not our servers fault. She was awesome. This is not the first time that we've have experienced a slide in quality. On Tap has consistently sliding downhill on good food for months. I know times are different but this was just awful. Time to set up shop in a new regular spot.

I had a fish sandwich. One piece I was not able to eat it was so hard. The waiter never asked how my food was.
Went in, waited 15 minutes while servers walked around our table and talked amongst themselves. No one came to the table. Walked out. Wouldn't even want to be served if that's how they treat customers. Won't be back.
