I had been craving Sushi and stopped into Project Sushi while I was out n about in Medina, Ohio. They have quite a selection. You go in and order at the counter. The drinks are bottles/cans. Super friendly service. My food came out quickly. I had the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. Everything was delicious and fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their specialty rolls.

I have to say that this restaurant has an amazing staff. I am not sure if it's the owner that helped us, but we literally walked in 10 minutes before it was closing any welcomed us with open arms, and very good suggestions. I follow gluten-free due to an allergy and he was so helpful as he knows what that means the prices are amazing and the food is very good. I say give it a try.
Great sushi location in the Medina area. Customers are mostly a lunch takeout crowd - but there is plenty of seating inside. I love the fact that their Poke bowls give you the option of having lettuce as a base instead of rice. Food is always fresh and made to order. Convenient location (despite the current construction on 18) and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Aloha,I recently moved here from Hawaii to Ohio and wanted to find the best sushi around. My wife was googleing and found this place. Coming from Hawaii we eat a lot of sushi and the food here is as we say in Hawaii "Ono", which means good. The staff is friendly and courteous and they treated us like we say "Ohana", which means family. We have been there twice and will continue to make the drive from Canton just for the Awesome food.
