There is this red headed girl/angry chick/woman and she gave me and my 92 year old great grandmother a hard stare that was very rude. When there machine messed up she did not say anything and just stared at us without telling us we still had money to pay. ONE STAR NEVER EAT HERE IN A BILLION YEARS. Food was decent though ain’t gonna lie bad service though.

When receiving a takeout order at the drive-thru I have experienced not only with the North Court Wendy's but also the route 18 that I have not received napkins nor a spoon or a straw for my Frosty I'm on the run to come back around and get those items when they should be in my bag the drive-thru people are always very pleasant but they should have the training to put those in the bag

With this being a brand new location. Employees have excitment and attention to details. This location has a public vanity sink to wash hands before eating. Patio seating as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramps.

I use to work here about 4 years ago & boy have they went down the drain Every time I come here which is everyday because I Deliver food. The Customers food is always cold & wrong as well as my personal orders. They have given my one year old nuggets that had sat so long he couldn’t chew it. I have heard about their co-workers miscarriage as I sat at the drive thru waiting food my order. That’s not even half you can ask for fresh food & they will still look you in your face with a smile & hand you a bag of Ice Cold Food. They were closed down for a short period about a month ago with all of their equipment Outside I thought they would come back stronger then ever But No. Like come on guys get it together We Want Fast Food Not Old Food (Yesterday’s Nuggets.) So with all of that being said Not only can I not stand this Wendys anymore THEY HAVE TURNED ME AGAINST EVERY WENDYS IN THE UNIVERSECrazy am adding to this review 3 years later with the same feelings it’s terrible they did all the remodeling for Nothing I asked for fresh food they threw the food rite back out the window cold and my spicy chicken sandwich has no cheese like I asked and paid for so I go in to tell them the problem and they immediately hand me and my kids food cold again so I ask a 3rd time for fresh food I get it this time with no cheese again and mayo on my son sandwich I’m so tired of asking and paying all this money for people to act like your crazy when it’s really simple to just do what people ask and pay for just drive past this Wendys because I clearly keep giving them chances to play in my face.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Live 2 minutes away but will gladly drive 30 minutes to buy from another store. They never get your order right and if by some miracle they do it’s always cold.
Never will I NOR my family eat here again. Where do I begin?. I was rooting for this Wendy's when they did the rebuild, but I can't with this Wendy's. Not only do the food come out cold sometimes. But the young hires makes this place even worse. Gavin was working the cash register. Very rude and not welcoming at all. You can tell the orders was to much pressure for him that day. I asked him "where was my other frosty because the sizes was wrong. He grabbed it with a smart remark and said RIGHT HERE! And shoved it in my hand. I can pull the race card, but I'm not. Then over his shoulder, was the boy that made the frosties. He was taking the wrong size ones and dumping the frosties back in the machine. That's where they lost me. I called and ask to speak to a supervisor. I asked him what was his name? He didn't want to reveal that by "saying" What is this pertaining to. So at that point I just hung the phone up. He came off just like the workers. So I knew I didn't have a chance on my complaints. Places like this lose my business.

Very nice Wendy's! Just got its completed upgrade. They demolished the old one and built a brand new one in its place. They did a great job!! I love their strawberry frosty and they have the best fry game!

My nuggets were tough, like they’d been under the heating lamp for a while and my drink was filled to the top with ice. There was barely any soda in it. The fries were fresh, so there’s that.
