I wrote a negative review last week, maybe not on this site, but felt compelled to share another dismal experience at the 7373 Mentor Ave location. I canceled my sip club, but still can use it until Dec. 25, so I decided to grab a hot tea at the drive-through. Once again, at least my 3rd or 4th same experience at the drive-through, I was told the wait was going to 20 minutes because the one car ahead of me was waiting for their food order. Went to get breakfast. Ordered three bagels, cold brew, and a parfait. They ended up being out of two of the bagels we asked for. They didn't follow directions on prep for the bagels we *did* get and then they couldn't fix the order because they didn't have any bagels left. They also forgot our parfait. We asked for the cold brew to be made with half and half and it was the color of 2% milk by the time they were done. There was hardly any coffee in it.

I am not from the area, but was visiting Mentor, OH to get surgery at the nearby Cleveland Clinic hospital. To thank the amazing team that assisted me during my stay, I ordered Panera Catering from this location to be delivered.
