My first time visiting Panera! I heard a lot about their soups, and honestly it didn’t disappoint me, the squash soup and creamy tomato soup was so hot and delicious for the cold weather!Vegetarian options: They do have couple of options for vegetarian meals.
Went to Panera's for dinner at the store by Kohl's in Mentor. The food was ok, but the restaurant was very dirty. Being that they weren't very busy I would have thought the manager would have the employees cleaning the place up.

I ordered on the Kiosk and to her credit the employee went right into action. My order was done in about 5 minutes. The problem is that I paid $21 for 12 of the most stale bagels I've ever purchased at Panera. It was about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Not sure what the shelf-life policy is, but these were either made very early that morning, or possibly even the day before. Disappointing especially at that price. Also, no option to have them sliced (either via the Kiosk or verbally)....read full review
