had a terrible experience at this subway in the great lakes mall last night. Guy who worked there was EXTREMELY SLOW. Incredibly irritating. Didn't look like he enjoyed his job one bit. Girl who worked register was nice however I had a coupon and should've gotten a footlong for 5.99 plus a free drink. Made me pay for my drink after saying the coupon only applies for footlong sub...ridiculous! I was so upset I had to pay for my drink. I absolutely hate this subway. Subway is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, however this particular subway at the mall has rude workers and they give little amounts of toppings. They are also very hard to understand sometimes.

Usually avoid the mall, but the Great Lakes Mall Subway saved the day! My wife and I wanted our favorite Subway sandwich. I tried the Tyler Avenue store but they were closed! I remembered the location at the mall. I usually avoid Mall locations for not taking coupons, but this time we weren't using any. A foot long cut in half for both of us, and the 3 ? special for just over $10, I was pleasantly surprised! I will visit this location again! Yum! ?
