In a google review, I recently expressed I had a bad experience with an employee at this Taco Bell location. To my surprise, the owner personally reached out to me the next day and expressed his concern about my experience. He genuinely wanted to make things right so it would not happen again to me or any future patrons. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and will definitely continue to eat at this location in the future.
shout out to susan! I had a terrible experience here until susan came to the rescue. I had called up to just let them know i need them to remake my crunch wrap. since i cannot eat meat i swap out the ground beef for potatoes. Of course when I took a bite i bit into meat.
