We were first greeted by host with shaggy multicolored hair and a nose piercing. Not what I expected for a nice restaurant. We were seated and told our waiter would be Ryan. He was excellent. The reason for my low rating is the food and kitchen staff. Our food came out and was luke warm at best. As we were leaving I happened to notice the kitchen staff horsing around in the back a woman with dark long hair with no hair net protection and handling food. Good BBQ but best wings ever. We’ve tried a lot of wings from a lot of different places but the smoked wings with dry rub & sweet glaze were the best we’ve had. We went back & took 32 home with us 2 days after we had them. We live 2 hrs south and went to Smokey Bones based on TripAdvisor reviews (while on a get away weekend.)

I ordered here for the first time tonight because uber had a deal. Then I looked at the reviews and thought, uh-oh. But it was really good and I was totally satisfied. Great burgers and fries!
