Always out of ingredients several hours before closing. I've been there 4 times in the past year and have yet to eat there. This is at the Miamisburg -Centerville location. I went to the Austin Landing location they were out of beans but at least they were working on getting them. I only waited an additional 5 minutes. Waited over an hour for pick up order and needed to cancel the order. The store refused to cancel, saying it needed to be done through Chipotle online. I reached out to Chipotle online and customer service refused to cancel and refund. I now am left with a free entree I will not use. Great work, Chipotle!
