“This is my first time trying turkeysrus the food was great the service was great you can taste all the seasoning in every bite the Mac and cheese was great the greens was amazing the rib tips OMG juicy, tender and fall right off the bone good. “Walked in and stood at the podium for a good 4 or 5 minutes while several employees walked by and said nothing. "Someone will be with you in a moment" or "we will be right with you" but no acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally got seated and it wasn't busy at all. Ordered and drinks were always empty, had to ask for refills three times and it took forever for that to happen. Each person was a 3 or 4 star apron, so I know they had to somewhat know how to wait on people but I chalk this place up to poor management. Food was good but really slow.“
“My partner and I came here for our date night. It was our first time here. First off, you walk in to this super cute and cozy little place. Right now, decorated all nice for Christmas.The food is to die for. We had the Crab Rangoon appetizer. They were so fresh and so creamy, they were addicting. The sauce for them is also sweet and flavorful and pairs so well with them. I also had an egg roll, and it was the freshest most delicious egg roll I’ve ever had. The sauce for it was very yummy and paired well with it. I had the Szechuan Chicken. It was made fresh. It was the perfect amount of spicey. It was absolutely flavorful and delicious. My partner had the Shrimp Lobster sauce entree. He said it was absolutely perfect and delicious. For dessert, we split a piece of pumpkin cheesecake that was topped with peaches and a sauce. The flavors paired so well. It’s delicious.The issue we had was with our server. We don’t know her name. She was a colored woman wearing a bandanna at the time. She seemed polite. However, she didn’t seem to care about taking care of our drink order. She put down water. She never went of soda, teas, juice, or anything. She only went over alcohol. We don’t drink. Therefore she brought our appetizers and even our entrées without bothering to get us drinks. She wasn’t good at making sure the glass of water got refilled either. My partner finally asked about nonalcoholic drinks, and she seemed offended that he asked. Finally got a soda to finish my meal with. We did ask for a virgin pina colada. Ben made it for me, and it was super delicious. I found it very kind of him to take the time to make me a virgin drink when the bar was a little busy.Getting checked out so that we could go home, was a nightmare. It was not horribly busy in there. However, there was a bigger party of people she was way more attentive to. We ended up being there for 2 hours because of her service. We couldn’t get her to bring us the check. We had to finally demand it. She gave it to us, then never came back. I do mean never. Ben was working the bar. He even ended up noticing how long we waited and he finally came over and checked us out himself. This was greatly appreciated.Ben is a very sweet man. He genuinely cares about his guests. His restaurant is amazing. I do highly recommend the place. The food is absolutely great quality. It’s worth the price for sure. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night.I’m not going to let the server experience ruin how awesome this place is. I do have to say tho, the cash tip we left on the table should’ve definitely gone to Ben instead of her.“
“Maria, the owner, just catered a party for me. Pastitsio, Athenian Salad and the wonderful green beans. Empty plates and many compliments! The macaroni and cheese is the best I've ever eaten. Also the chili is unique in flavor and full of meat. It's an excellent lunch with a warm soft potato roll. You cannot go wrong with the owners hospitality and love of Greece. I love visiting Grecian Delight!!!Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate your needs.Parking: Large lot, parking directly in front of the door. I know it may sound crazy but the employees here n management/owner is phenomenal!!! Really great ppl an has played a major role in helping me change my life. I really love working there n never thought I’d ever have a job I would actually like but by me having this job has given me so much hope, strength an encouragement in my life. “I have been in the mood for some wings. I don't even eat whole wings but wanted to try them. This is the place. Let me tell you. I ordered 6 WHOLE wings Wednesday that was cooked to perfection. Golden brown, well done, not greasy. I place two 6 piece orders Thursday for lunch. Same perfection, place another order Thursday evening 10 piece. Still perfectly cooked. Friday place 2 more 10 piece whole wings orders. Guess what?? Still PERFECT! Thank the cooks Deontae and Travis! Excellent customer service!“
“Oh my!!! Dinner at The Swire Inn in Middletown OH is an absolute delight! I got the beef pot roast and John got fish and chips but ordered onion rings instead of fries. This food is the best pub-type food we've had since we visited England! The pot roast is tender and flavorful with baby carrots that are still crunchy. The mashed potatoes were originally real potatoes - they're lumpy and so good! I had to have a taste of John's onion rings because they looked soooo good, and wow! The onion almost melted in my mouth, it was so tender, and the breading was amazing! Sweetish, light and flakey - John said it tastes like tempura. The fish pieces were so huge, John had to break them in half to manage them by hand. And first was the appetizer! Bourbon pecan deviled eggs were tonight's special. Outstanding! Sweet and warm filling and so tasty! John just told me not to finish this post until we have dessert! We ordered the Fluffer Nutter bread pudding with a creme brulee top. No calories there!! LOL We'll definitely be back! Yum!!“
“The food was good. It's always good, fresh and hot. They could clean up in their lot. The audience is not that great that's a portion of coleslaw. That's a 2 ounce serving that's a side that's the only thing I did not like the service is always good.“
“Don't let the strip mall fool you. This is a hidden gem. The lettuce wraps and the dynamite shrimp appetizer were fantastic starters. The bartender makes a tremendous old fashion as a beverage starter. Moving on to the main course I can highly recommend the truffle Gouda burger and the shrimp tacos. Not sure which was better. The flirtinin was also a great drink. Unfortunately we did not partake in the name sake drink of bourbon. They had quite a selection.To finish off I had the creme brulee cheesecake and salted Carmel waffle. Unbelievable!Service was fantastic.Overall a great dining experience. We will be back to try more of the menu“
