Ordered my food at 8:30, went to get it at 8:40 when it was suppose to be ready. They told me they had 2 orders in front of it, cool. So by 9:30 they STILL didn’t have it ready, with 2 orders still in front of it so while I was waiting they informed me at that time they didn’t have the meat I ordered or the queso and refused to make anything else. My burrito was not wrapped at all. I got home and my burrito had beans and rice and everything all over he wrapper. It was basically uneatable, probably never having this chipotle again.

Where do I even start. Spent $45 on horrible food. Brown rice not cooked all the way. Chicken was burnt and tough. Got 3 pieces of green pepper for a request for fajitas. Daughter got 3 steak tacos. 1 taco only had 1 cube of steak and hardly any cheese and she ordered extra cheese.
