The quality of food and the quantity has definitely changed in the last couple of years! Including higher prices! This was a favorite place for my wife and I. Seems to be the typical strategy for most restaurants! Cheaper ingredients! Less ingredients! And higher prices!! Nothing like getting a sandwich and it’s 80% bread!! ? Hopefully you can make some positive changes for the good and bring back your lost clientele!!
The staff is exceptionally friendly and I love the fireplace!!!! I have a bad thyroid so I'm literally cold all the time and it helps. The dark roast is good I love strong coffee. I noticed also that they serve a variety of teas and offer half and half, almond milk and skim milk not to mention a large variety of Bagels, muffins and deserts. I have not been in here much but I'm starting to love it and will be coming in more.

My favorite part of this Panera is how every time I buy a soda, they don't give me a cup, so I ask for one and they act like I'm stealing soda. But they let me know they don't mind that I'm stealing it. Even though I bought it.
