“We had a wonderful, private dinner event at Carlo & Johnny last weekend. There were 11 of us in our party and most of us had never been to C&J before (we live in Hyde Park and typically frequent the Precinct and Ruby’s locations). We loved our first experience at C&J. This historic property was beautiful and well-appointed, the service was top notch, and as always, the steaks were terrific and the wine list was extensive! It was a great evening in the burbs!”

“Was looking for a great burger place that didn't feel chainy/cookie cutter. Bones Burgers ended up being an excellent choice. Read great reviews and we weren't disappointed. We went a bit later on a Saturday night and we're glad we did. We heard there was a wait earlier in the evening. The restaurant is cozy with tables and seating at the bar. The owners were working right alongside their employees. They were friendly and genuine. The atmosphere was super casual yet very nice. It was very relaxing. We both ordered the 1/2 lb Smoker-cheddar, bacon, grilled jalapenos and BBQ sauce. Also ordered a side a Parm fries. Burger was amazing. The flavors worked together so well. The fries were hot and fresh. I would choose this place over Bru Burger or Fords. We will be back for sure.”

“Aglamesis is an under rated gem in Cincinnati ice cream. Beyond that, their chocolates are amazing. Expect relatively relaxed service (it's ice cream, and they're frequently busy), try something with chocolate in it, and you'll come to appreciate the finer qualities of Aglamesis.”

“Finding Singapore noodles in Cincy is brutal. My go to closed after covid and I have been searching for a replacement. I found it, these are fantastic. Ordered them with pork light oil...perfection. Spicy, veggies and yummyness. Real deal good.”

“The food is fantastic, I’ve had it plenty of times delivered and it’s quickly become one of my favorite slices. It’s also the go to for our office pizza lunches. Having ate at the restaurant twice now, well, still the same great food but the mom and pop atmosphere is something you don’t find often these days. When you eat there you feel like family!”

“Easy parking, we were with a group of 10. Great ambiance and easy to hear and talk with the group. Waiter did a perfect delivery from the start taking each drink and food order through delivery and close out. Food was prepared right and was delicious. Great meeting place.”

“We’ve only been here once but it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back. The customer service was wonderful, the woman who helped us was very nice and attentive. The environment was relaxed. We’ve tried a lot of Thai food in Cincinnati and only have a couple places that we really like. This is now one of them! We ordered edamame, massaman curry and a noodle dish. All were delicious! I believe we ordered level 5 out of 10 and it was perfectly on par with what we expected. Nothing was bland or watered down tasting. Prices were average. The food was really good but the service and atmosphere are what made it. Definitely recommend!”

“The night we went, the place was packed. And if my experience is any indication of normal operations, I may have found my new favorite restaurant.1. My entree was outstanding.2. I tried my wife's...outstanding.3. They have hot Italian beef sandwiches (Chicago style) on the menu. Which I cannot find anywhere in Cincinnati.4. The atmosphere was 1st class but the lighting was almost a little too dark, but only almost.5. The service was also outstanding.I've already told a few people about this place and cannot wait to go back and get the hot Italian beef!”

“Our food came on time, was well prepared and warm. Found an excellent bottle of wine to accompany our meal. Only complaint was trouble using a gift card. First told nothing was on it, then told it had $13.46 on it, which was then applied to an erroneous check (not mine), which was never voided, so the charge is still on my credit card. Eventually management made up for all the confusion (it took 30 minutes just to settle our bill) and gave us a decent discount on our meal. I have another gift card to use on our next visit, so I'm already worrying about more difficulty in the future. I certainly hope not!”

My server Sarah (apologies if not spelled correctly) was absolutely amazing - gave me a free lil palette cleanser of the passion fruit sorbet (freaking amazing). You go in expecting to pay a good bill, but honestly it was SUPER reasonable for the amount of food I got, the service, food quality, and the environment.I felt super comfortable eating alone here, too, so bonus points for that.Also - the food is incredible. My taste buds were so jazzed about it. If I could recreate the sauce that came with the veal short rib, I'd put it on everything haha.Anyway, kudos to the chef, and kudos to my amazing waitress Sarah. “Charming old world home with Sicilian brick oven! The team was wonderful and very friendly. I travel frequently and always seek out small brick oven pizza's to try. I am excited to say that this is now my new favorite! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the crust is outstanding! It is an easy walk from Newport Aquarium, which means I will be going again and again. The cannoli pie is a great way to finish up the meal and will not disappoint. The owners were there and engaging and so welcoming!”

“By far the best fried chicken place here in west Chester Ohio. Probably the best fried chicken spot in Cincinnati to be honest. Forget about kfc and Popeyes, if you want good, juicy, tender, and crispy fried chicken then this is the spot to go.Staff is amazing and friendly, the owner is there a lot and he seems great as well.Soy spring, curry,snow onion are the flavors I’ve had so far and goddddd it’s dang good.I’m not a tender guy but my friend is and he order some and I’ll say their tenders are almost as good as the wings (I’m biased towards wings) and they are HUGE and plentiful. Very good definitely would orderAppetizers we got the calamari which was great as wellGreat draft beer selections and that’s very important when it comes to fried chicken spot. Korean culture is beer and fried chicken and it’s a great combination that you must try.They also have soju which is a Korean liquor but better. I’d recommend the yogurt flavor (just trust me) or the peach flavor. Honestly you can’t go wrong with any but high recommend the yogurt. It tastes like the yokult little yogurt drink you get at Korean restaurants when you get done with a meal.All in all 12/10 spot. I always take my friends here”

“I came here for the lobster crab shrimp BLT and I thought I found the love of my life but not this time. I wish the filling of the seafood portion had more texture with pieces of meat. It puts me in mind of tuna salad. It’s a cold sandwich but the filling was ice cold. The French fries could use improvement as well. Overall the food wasn’t nasty but I wouldn’t order or recommend it. Over priced as well for what’s given. The restaurant is beautiful and I will definitely come back to try another dish. I sat at the bar and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant which is why I ate in.”

“Golden Hands Bakery is filled with masterpieces of deliciousness. Ron and I stopped in today for an Opening Day Donut for a home run review! My Apple fritter was crispy on the outside and moist and power packed with cinnamon and apples on the inside. Ron’s sticky bun was sticky and Carmel coated with pecans and cinnamon. Beyond amazing morning experience ?”

“Cincinnati hit the jackpot with Boosalis Baking! I used to jet off to Paris for work, trying every croissant spot there, thinking nothing could match up back home. But Boosalis proved me wrong in the best way!Their chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) is the real deal. Seriously, it gives the famous spots in Paris a run for their money. And don't even get me started on their plain croissant—it's a close second to my favorite in Paris, Ble Sucre.Now, I can get my croissant fix without the long flight.
