Honestly I'm really starting to not like this place. The food is mediocre at best. The employees do not care about the customer. And the floors are always slippery and the orders have a 50/50shot of being wrong. Come on. How are you still number one? Don't people want more from something they are dropping money into?? I come through the drive through almost every morning for an iced coffee. There is a lady that makes my coffee each morning and is never the same and usually not enjoyable. Once or twice a week a different person makes my coffee and it comes out just as it should. I have tried relaying this to management, and nothing has been done. My coffee this morning was horrible. Yesterday when a gentlemen made it was great.
