For the first time in years, I had to send back the fish because it was not cooked. The manager and server were very apologetic and corrected the problem. Little disappointed they didn't offer a discount or a gift card for the inconvenience, but that's on them. We'll keep that in mind next time we venture out for dinner for sure.
We frequent Red Lobster a lot, but normally not at the Niles, OH location unless we are shopping locally or passing through. We were seated quickly for a late lunch and waitress was attentive; however, the meal took so long to be prepared that the waitress apologized two seperate times for the delay. We realize things happen from time to time but with such a long delay would have expected a manager to make the rounds and appologize, or ideally offer to comp a desert or discount...read full review

Shrimpfest, empty stomach and eat. Parrotbay shrimp is a bit sweet for me. Otherwise the shrimp linguine, Walt's shrimp, shrimp scampi, shrimp skewer, and the salt and vinegar{dry rub} were all delicious. Alyssa our server was excellent.
