No sauces are available in the lobby! Fries were cold! I just didn't want to go back to the counter a fourth time. I had to ask for Arby's sauce, as for horsysauce, catsup! I no we were early for lunchtime 1050am, mom had an early doctor's appointment and wanted lunch before going home, so here we were. The girl that took the order was friendly. The person who filled the order disappeared. Never saw him again.
Food was good, usual Arby's and the dining area was clean, but I was greeted at the counter with rotten fish smells and a dirty kitchen. Made me almost not want to eat there. Also, there wasn't a single napkin in the dispenser. Being a Saturday, I assume it's slack off time for the employees when it comes to details.
