My local Italos (Akron) closed last year after 50+ years of service. I was sad to see it go. So in order to taste their great pizza again I had to travel to N. Canton to relive a tasty memory. It did not disappoint. The drive was a lot longer than it used to be but it was well worth it.Sadly I won't be able to enjoy it as much as I once did but I still can on occasion. I won't be here in another 50 years but I hope Italos is.Parking: It is right in front of/against the building.
This is some of my favorite pizza. It sucks because they aren't all over like they used to be but definitely worth the drive to find one. Also their sheet pizzas are perfect for birthday parties. Good size unmatchable taste.Vegetarian options: They have many different vegetable options. Easily more than meats that are available. There is also salad and breads. With plenty of non meat desserts.Kid-friendliness: The building itself is not very kind friendly, boring walk in buy food...read full review

Seriously, I watched my work group consume entire pizzas. This pizza is so good its outrageous. The crust is buttery and clearly quality and the sauce is balanced and subtle instead of being a punch in the face. We are in town every 3 months and this is our new go to. If they had a location where I live they would be set for life.
