I am never getting takeout from this business again. I was very specific in my instructions. I asked for a salad with beans, corn, sautéed veggies, extra chicken, and pico. What I got was an absolute disappointment. Not only did I get a bean bowl that was filled with liquid, I got barely any chicken or veggies. Absolutely ridiculous. Another disappointing Chipotle experience.I was hopeful that this location would get it right since the amherst one has totally given up.All employees were clearly unhappy and taking the path of least resistance.The chicken was old stale and not flavored, the salsa and onions were over the top in acidity and still no employees know what ‘light sour cream’ means.It was dripping with liquid after the third bite.I should give up on this brand.

I've had really bad experience at this chipotle multiple times and then I finally came on the best day ever because William was there. The moment I walked in chipotle he greeted me and made my bowl so delectable. I showed him exactly how I wanted my bowl and he definitely did the job. I will only go in there now unless William is there. He truly made my chipotle experience that day 1000/10. It was spicy cheesy and absolutely amazing.
