Food was decent but the staff were so slow and didn't get our order right and we not very professional in how she handled the complaint. Chicken was dry and Luke warm, not hot and fresh. Maybe consider hiring ppl who actually care about good customer service and good fresh food.
So I place an app order, only to get there & they are out of extra crispy chicken. Now I just got off a 8 hr on your feet shift. I was not a happy camper let’s say. The mgr was nice & asked if I would accept original, nope. So he said in 8 minutes it would be rdy. So the mgr & I had a little discussion abt this, it never got nasty. I was at the KFC in North Olmsted at 7:15and was distracted this woman said that the dinning room was closed but I wasn't eat in the dining area I was taking it to go she straight up refuse to serve me and she had a very bad attitude very disrespectful to me if you want fried chicken I was just to go to Popeye's Chicken I will no longer be a customer of KFC or even recommend anybody to try KFC in North Olmsted
