“Hop Brother Brewing in North Ridgeville was a great stop for dinner! We sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. Our bartender came back frequently to check up on us, also every employee who walked by us asked if we needed anything also!The food hit the spot! We started with the Handmade Mozzarella Sticks and they were huge! Then we both got a Burger with truffle fries that was cooked great overall. We would have to try something else next time.The restaurant itself was very large and had plenty of room. The Bar was open and had good views of the TVs for any games. Well lite and very clean too!”

On multiple occasions the restaurant has accommodated and welcomed our Ridgeville Ranger sports squad to have a nice meal and spend time with one another as well as our families. The staff is excellent, cocktails are top notch and the menu has something for everyone. (Their wings may be low key the best in town.)”

“I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews. I thought the food was delicious. The hot and sour soup is the best we've had. The Mongolian beef and General Tso's chicken were delicious. We don't live anywhere near the restaurant but it would be our go to if we did.”

“This is a very good small diner. The prices are great, the food is always hot when the server brings it to the table. I have been there for breakfast, it has a very nice breakfast selection (which is served all day). I had the chicken paprika today, it was very hot when it came to the table and very good, along with the split pea soup ,which was outstanding, and a nice basic salad.”

The wait staff is usually very friendly and helpful although occasionally you will get someone that is so basic they miss oppurtunities to try to go for the details that make for a good experience. Don't let the strip mall facade fool you it is a pleasant place to dine at and the patio is particularly nice in decent weather. “This has been a crazy extended weekend. Shary and I drove out to Lorain for the eclipse and started having mystical experiences before we were even halfway to the Ariel Hotel. For example, Shary saw a road sign for an attraction that kind of reminded us of that Frank Lloyd Wright house, Falling Waters. She plops that into the GPS and BAM! GPS says turn right at the next exit. So we get to see that. On the way there we pass a place we went white water rafting! Great memories. And of course, Falling Waters is rad. Anyway, we get to the hotel and the weekend just gets stranger. So fun. Everyone is all spazzing out about the eclipse. We meet a clothing designer. Whatever. So yeah. Back to this spot. Eclipse done. Fancy dinner for us vacationers? An internet search suggested this spot would be worth the 25 min drive from Lorain. And it was. Oysters. Cooked dates. Good drinks. Very good end to an extended weekend!”
