Ordered some food for a family night in. Pizza showed up but they did not bring the drink with the order. The driver drove off when we were trying to get her attention about the drink. This prompted a call and they said we will get that back out to you. An hour later no drink. I called back and the person had me on hold for like 20+ minutes. I have rarely gotten a order that has been filled of what I have ordered from the Norwood Ohio Domino's Pizza. I really love their food, and that's the only reason I continue to order from them.I know a lot of businesses are struggling to find help lately, but when you have a part of the delivery app that states the order has went through a quality inspection phase and the order is still wrong there's something not right going on!!!

I came in to pick up my online order and the associate that rang us out was extremely helpful and courteous. She even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our orders. Great job Domino’s!
