Wings came out weird. Half were hot temperature wise and half were cold, like they were reheated and tough. We unfortunately had the bartender as our server. He was paying more attention to his bar patrons. I get it from his perspective, they are his bread and butter. We went during the week around 4:30-5pm. The place was empty and we shouldn't have had to sit by the bar and play second fiddle for service. The whole BW's scene is getting dated, or maybe it's just me getting dated...read full review

Got there in time for the lunch special. Got the burger (w2patties) and fries. XLNT for the price. We had a large group and Christina was great.This would have been a 5 star had I not visited the bathroom. UGH....just a nasty mess..We were there early afternoon...Leads me to think it was never cleaned from the night before.

We are sitting at the bar at 12:12p.....6 people and 5 tables. Bartender informs us he is covering ALL! He's hopping!!! Kudos to Dillon for busting his hump!!! No help from manager on duty. HmmmmmmSit at the bar...support Dillon!
