The food is absolutely out of this world! I had the cubano which there is nothing that even remotely holds a candle to in the area or even beyond! The absolute best sandwich I have had in years! Mark is such an amazing chef and owner he truly puts everything into his food and his restaurant! I will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants fantastic food that actually makes you full! We continue to be impressed with the service and food quality. It is one place we keep coming back to. Most times Mark, the owner, will stop by and check on us to ensure we are enjoying everything.An appetizer of onion petals was served hot and was very tasty.I ordered the Firehouse burger with fresh cut fries. Knight Shift Band has played many places and FATS is one of the best experiences as a band we have had. Mark and staff are friendly and serve great food. Drinks are plentiful and we are playing there tonight at 7 until 10. Hope to see you there and have some fun with us. Thanks Mark, you da man!
