I ordered my usual bowl and they tried to charge me for double chicken when I didn't get double chicken. And then as I was eating I kept getting pieces of chicken that were disgusting and chewy. The lettuce tasted off as well and there was no ice in the drink machine.
The last three times that I have came here my meal has been unappetizing and i haven’t been able to finish it. too salty , taste like rubber and is undercooked, rice is hard, small portions

Food is constantly undercooked, along with their pitiful portions. You can almost always guarantee something is going to be less than satisfactory with your order. And they don't know how to properly cook rice, So if you get super hard rice, tough luck. Better luck next location.
