I had a problem ordering online and went to the Parma location and it was great! Melissa the manager went way above and beyond to help me. She cared about me and made everything right! The employees at this location are so friendly and helpful. Bernadette at the register is so helpful and friendly! Melissa and Bernadette are great assets to the PIADA organization!! I recommend anyone who wants good food and friendly service to go to the Parma PIADA location!
