“This isn't fine dining, but it isn't intended to be. What it is, is a great small-town diner. People in there know each other. It's relaxed, that is except for the servers. They bust their butts! We had meatloaf, and it was really tasty. Cole slaw was good. Cabbage was OK- could have benefitted from some bacon and liberal doses of salt and pepper. Desserts, though, were awesome! We had chocolate peanut butter cheesecake, which was more like pie, a large chocolate chip cookie to take home, and cherry pie.If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!”
“Went for the first time yesterday to try their donuts and went back this morning for more! Delicious, fresh donuts served by super friendly people- not to mention unbeatable prices! I can't wait to go try their hot meals!”
“Very friendly staff, whom recommended a place to take our food to eat since we were out of towners & they didn't have any seating areas. One of the workers engaged with my granddaughter & made her feel welcome. Only took less than 20 minutes after walking up & placed our order. Recommend calling ahead if you would like it quicker with little wait. Can definitely see why this place has 4.6 stars. Almost missed the location as it's located inside an old 2 door gas station, turned tire center.Kid-friendliness: Workers do engage with children & use professional language.Parking: Not very many parking spots available so we recommend calling ahead & placing your order”
“I stopped in on 12/21/23 at 5:30pm. It was close to closing time on the way back from Serpents Mound. We initially stopped in the pizza place next door but they were out of cheese ? but kindly recommended Mel’s. There was only one other table being served and they were almost done. We parked out front (I was traveling with my son and dog) and our cousin from Columbus drove down to say hi. We all ordered cheese burgers and fries and pink lemonade. The staff were great and accommodating given hour of the day. They let us take our time and catch up. We had a heated debate about the way Ohio pizzerias cut their pies (I never knew there was anything other than triangle slices unless you’re having Sicilia). The food was great, the waitress was funny and we were very hungry.”
“Wonderful little gold mine of a pizza place!! If it’s a distance from you, it’s worth the drive. Great ingredients, great people! And now they even have freeze dried candy.Dietary restrictions: Wheat allergy”
“Tasty soft-serve with plenty of fun add ons. Slow service.I did vanilla with caramel and marshmallow and quite enjoyed it (4/5). FYI: a small is quite a solid amount of ice cream.”
“It was good but it was good but not cooked very long the dough was not done... the middle was still doughy ... Guess I should have asked for it to be cooked a 2nd ”
“Food was delicious as always, only complaints are 1). the sausage that came on my potato skins were extremely burnt (I gave them to my dog and even she wasn’t sure about eating them) and 2). they were out of pineapple (and sour cream) again :( but other than that delicious ”
“I have to say that in the past few months I've eaten here a lot more than I have the past few years. The service and people are great and have gotten faster but the food has really all around been the biggest improvement. Way to go for the crew here and managers thank you.Wheelchair accessibility: It does have wheel chair accessible ramps”
“This business it very nice but lacks of service. It has no customer service or any other services but it has been very successful in my area and the business has always had great customers so far.”
“I've been going to Miller's Bakery for decades. They never disappoint. Top notch baked goods and neat gifts. The smell there is heavenly. I'm always felt so welcomed. I'd give them 10 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“The Queen Beanery is my favorite coffee shop. I’m a tea drinker and their tea is perfect. And the staff are always laughing and having a good time. It is truly fun place to stop grab something amazing!Kid-friendliness: The owner Janie loves kids. And the beanery is one of my daughter’s favorite places to go after school.”
