Food was okay, craved more sauce but didn't want to pay for extra. Service was friendly but the hostess also started cleaning and rolling up rugs and hour before closing. Wait til after close especially when there are diners. The water cups are tiny and had to go up and get multiple refills. I wasn't a fan of the food, but several family members liked it. This is one of those things/ places you need to try for yourself. They have bubble tea if that's something you like.

I enjoy Balance and I will keep coming to eat here but I very much dislike how they use facial recognition technology during the ordering process. I'm already not a fan of ordering from a tablet but now when I walk in, it has a suggested order already pulled up before I hit a button.Edit: I changed my review to a 5-star because the company was kind enough to reply.
