We went through the drive thru. It was very slow. I think it would have been faster to park and go inside. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what, but it seemed to take much more time than it should have. On the plus side, the food was hot, and hit the spot!
I'm not the biggest fan of Arby's food, but the place looked nice, had good decor, and was well-kempt. The reason I'm leaving a review is because of the employee Isaac. He was super patient when my party was indecisive on an order, and helped me not only get ketchup packets when the machine wouldn't work, get a 2nd to go bag after one of them was kind of defective, but I asked him after we ordered if I could just get pickles in a sauce cup because I forgot to order them and he...read full review

First visit I told them I was allergic to onions and they still put onions on my burger. They did give me a free meal but we ordered poppers and cheese sticks and they didn't give us sauces for them. May be new employees. They were very nice though.
