Ordered food for 6 online. Upon arrival, food was ready but order was not bagged. They had no sweetener for the drink machine and choices of bottled drinks was very limited. The 2 employees look disinterested in helping us. My sandwich was soggy. I would not recommend Firehouse subs. There are too many other restaurants that serve subs to go here.
Most times I come here, the food is good, service is fine, and delivered in a timely manner.No real complaints, I go in, get my food, it's good food...Yeah? looks like everything is here and accounted for.

Usually spot for coworkers and I. Atmosphere only a 3 because we always get to go. Other than that, never had an issue, food always amazing and they have limited time subs often. Dude with the curly, light hair that’s working everytime I’m there is quick, chill, and always takes care of us.
