We have eaten there often but usually order thru the Greekstar app which works so well .Mistakes happen . Tonight we ordered and I got the wrong salad for my grilled tilapia based on what I ordered online .They made it right and delivered it quickly .We’ve been going to this place since they first opened and offered belly dancing on certain nights. I was unable to redeem a gift card because they switched systems. I understand the need to change technology but as a consumer it is frustrating to feel like you’re not receiving the full value of something you’ve e paid for. As a business owner myself, I have changed POS while having outstanding gift cards and ensured that I accounted for those funds so that my customers received the full benefit of what they paid for. I have ordered from this place online a few times and it's been amazing. So I tried going in and ordering. Literally got there soon as they opened, like they were even fully up and running yet. However, they still greeted me, gave me a menu since their tv's weren't on and took my order with complete accuracy. My order arrived promptly and it was tasty. Just as anything else is here... Definitely a go to dining spot if you're looking for great Greek food.
