I really don't wish to be that person because the staff here is always super sweet, but it's really a hit or miss when it comes to this location. I've learned that you either get your food really fast or it takes a little bit. It's a gamble on time which isn't good if you're in a rush, however the food is always cooked well.With that said, I always try to place my order early to give some time for the food to be made, and I also try to come inside to hopefully make it a little...read full review

Avoid going through the drive through! New automated kiosk is now taking your order and despite clear direction it messes up the order so your forced to order at the window to correct what the PC/Auto kiosk messed up. Then the girl at window acts like I messed up. ? I hope this is experimental and goes away. AI isn't ready for this and this is coming from a person who makes a living with AI.

90% of the staff is very friendly but seems like management of day to day barely exists. Can wait in line of only 4 cars for 15-25 mins to only order a large fry and drink. Finally pay and be told to wait another 5 for fresh fries which you get Luke warm. Busy or slow you always have to wait for some part of your order which is fine if you actually got it fresh and hot.
