I’ve managed several jimmy Johns locations, so I’m going to have some pretty specific critiques for you guys. Your PM shift would fail the corporate visit 4/5 times.Sandwich accuracy needs work. You’re supposed to get the mayo edge to edge so there’s no dry bites. There’s specifically big dry chunks every time I order a sandwich. The staff is great and the store manager Nicole treats all her customers as if they were family!!!! If you are not sure what you want Nicole will ask you some questions about what you like and then suggest something for you to try. Absolutely amazing!!!! I love the beach club.

They had limited staff on Saturday and had to close early. I submitted a web order and learned when I arrived at the store I learned they were closing. They were very professional about the situation and made sure I received a refund. Thank you for taking care of me.
