Ray Rays was televised on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Living almost two hours away it was on our bucket list. Ray Ray's is now on our monthly list. This food truck has the friendliest staff and best meats around. No need for BBQ sauce. The ribs are dry rubbed, chicken is wet and brisket is to die for. Not to mention the macaroni & cheese. got the beef brisket sandwich with a dry rub and it was fine. totally just okay. i think i was supposed to get a sauce too and they just didn't give it to me, which made for a very very dry sandwich. also was told my payment didn't go through but that i could just not worry about it. so i went back and tipped an extra $7 in cash. then i found out my order actually did fro through. so they just got a whole second tip. in total my meal was like $33 or something for a sandwich, a...read full review

Food is excellent but they often run out of the marquee items well before dinner unless you are lucky. Sometimes they don't answer the phone if you are trying to call before you drive over there. I'll gamble and getting the "last of" items is not my preference but still works out good enough. Of course they would rather run out than have extra at end of night. Perhaps its very difficult for them to predict the quantity.I dont want to hurt a great local restaurant with a poor review...read full review
