I ordered and paid for the 2 for $7 fish sandwich and a brisket sandwich I can't recall the name but it's on the board right now. I received the fish sandwiches but not the burger I didn't realize it until I got home. The only reason I didn't immediately return is because I was on foot and it was very cold that day.
I ordered the Greek Gyro and a small Jamocha shake. I used the drive through. My order was taken immediately by the nicest person. Then the food was delivered delicious and hot. I've complained before that the shake lacked Jamocha flavor but this one was fully flavored. The staff was so friendly! This is unfortunately unusual these days. Great job Arbys! I'll be back!

My food was ice cold and the cheese wasn't even the slightest melted. They did offer to let me keep the old cold sandwich while they made me a new one but I didn't want to get sick from it since it was really old. very
