The Employee, only Employee, in the building on Saturday night on march 6th, gave 100% customer service. I even offered him a job. He went way above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. The employer "subway" might want to congratulate an employee of this nature. Because they are few and far between.

Great customer service and suggestive selling! The food was good, although they were out of pickles. I felt sorry for the employees though because the air conditioning is clearly not working. It is 91 degrees outside and felt the same inside!

Its 934 and the store is closed and these employees are in there having a good time just talking amongst each other. If your store closes at 930 instead of 10 then you all need to update your store hours at the store and on the website. Its always something with this unorganized so called business.

The man running the sandwich line was polite and knowledgeable. The young man getting drinks and was the cashier was rude enough that I was tempted to give him a taste of my tuna sub.

Was terrible. Went to pick up an online order and the girl told us they were closed cause she was tired of working. It's was 715 pm. She said she had been there since 6pm. Really? Our sandwiches were terrible! I won't go back. I will go back to Jersey Mike's. They are better and at least open during business hours.

I was here to grab lunch on 5/14, and there were two employees working. One of the employees was a very friendly and fun woman, and the other was a wordless, unfriendly downright sullen man; he was the one who checked me out. Aren't *I* lucky? The food was excellent, but the experience wasn't great, so I will likely not visit this location in the future.
