Manager needs some customer service classes. It’s not my fault the app charged me and wouldn’t complete my transaction. Acted like I was trying to get free food. She has no idea what she’s talking about. After deleting the so called discount that made the error, my card got locked. Took us an hour to get food. Let me add we were on our way back to Michigan. Went in for lunch today to buy my guys a couple burgers and some fries. Comic contractor and eat lunch at fast food restaurants pretty much daily, so this was nothing out of the ordinary. All I ordered was a buy one get one free cheeseburger and a buy one get one free small fry and a large chocolate shake. It's McDonalds. It was very average. Employees were good and friendly. They were very busy, but the employees remained professional. I was happy with my coffee and my burrito. McDonald's is fine, but it's nothing to write home about.
