Used to go to the Mayfield Village one almost daily. I'm very specific about my orders. Service has made me not go any longer. I judge by my coffee cup being full or empty, and my food cooked how I order it. Both have come up short. Can't say because I don't tip well, probably one of the better tippers. Normally I am not real high on Your's Truly, but this time, it was quite good although the server needed to be reminded to many times about essential items like silverware. That being said, he was a really nice guy but my food came cold without silverware and I had to ask at least three times for silver. Had the food been hot, it would have been very good. Service was excellent, food was excellent. But I was sitting where I could see the food come up and watched a lady I believed to be a manager eat something with her fingers and then turned a little cup of something up. She THEN reached up and touched someone’s plate with the same hand she was using to eat. ?How unsanitary!!
