I arrived at the restaurant on West First Street at 11:30. They were so busy with to go orders no one greeted me to be seated. I waited 20 minutes then left. This is the second time this has happened. Something needs to change for customers that come to eat inside the restaurant. Very sad !!!
My visit to Bob Evans was not as rewarding as usual. I ordered pancakes which came back gummy and a bit cold. My guest whom I bought along, had his eggs cold, and I found myself apologizing to him. The server was polite and very busy and was tipped accordingly. I have liked Bob Evans over the years and I'll be back...but not at this location again.

I was not in the mood for Bob Evans but my coworker suggested we try it again since our last experience with the one across town was terrible. But THIS BOB EVANS!!!! WAS GOODT! The food was hot the waiter was so sweet. Thank you for not letting us lose hope in good food. Definitely will return.
