The manager, Mike, is awesome! I had such a bad experience yesterday that I called to complain. Hate when I gotta be that Karen, but after having pull forward to wait for cold food that wasn't made right, I absolutely did. I stopped in this morning on my way to work. Not in a super rush, but not wanting to take a lot of time. I stop at this location multiple times a month. The service is generally fairly slow. I have noticed a trend at this location, the person taking the order asks you to sit at the order area for anywhere from a minute to several minutes after you place your order. 3rd shift is rude. Guess this is the one burger King that the customer doesn't get it their way. Bad thing is I stopped there a couple days ago just a couple hours earlier and and the service was good. So the drive thru attendant was so rude I chose to take my business elsewhere.
