I had the Bacon Cheese burger plate and it was one of the best tasting burgers I've had in a long long time. The waitress was a hoot and it's obvious she gets it from the lady in charge. Really enjoyed the whole "experience".
Stopped for a quick bite while sight seeing in Springfield. Cheeseburger, pulled pork sandwich, milkshakes were ordered. Food was hot, delicious, and servers were friendly and courteous.

I love the vintage feel of the Fountain on Main. The glittery vinyl seats, the soda fountain counter, the view of the fountains downtown all contribute to excellent vibes. I also heartily enjoyed my soda shop burger, coney dog and chips. The Vanilla Coke was delish and I also enjoyed their dessert options. Great place for a good lunch.
