Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Absolutely terrible. I ordered the $5 dollar Biggie Bag bc the 4 for 4 no longer comes with JBC and that was fine but then the girl said I could of got a double stack instead so said that's great I will take that with everything on it. The manager hands me my bag and I get home and I got a just a regular cheeseburger. I paid extra bc I don't like a regular cheeseburgers their to plain, so I called and told the manager Krittany and she says to me I watched her put it in the bag...read full review
