Every single time I order through the app at any location it takes 20 - 30 minutes for the food to be ready. Chuck this app and forget it. Order through the drive-thru. Much faster and less trouble.
Outstanding food and service experience! I don’t usually go to Arby’s, but Assistant Manager Latrese A. went way above and beyond expectations! Now I plan to visit the Stow, Ohio Arby’s more frequently. Thank you so much! She brought a big smile to my face and made my day!

Went through the drive-thru after I got off work. Got two crispy fish sandwiches. Two for $6 deal and a small curly fry. I was amazed. The buns were fresh. Lettuce freshly cut and the fish fillets were perfectly cooked. I was really pleased with my order. I will go back again to get the same thing. The fish sandwiches were really good....
