Like most McDs the past couple of years, nothing is fast, food is missed or mismade and staff has little ability to do anything about it. Not worth the effort to hit them up if you have other options.
Another bad experience at this McDonalds #34016. This is on 12/21/2023, placed order at kiosk as the counter could or would only accept cash? Time was 12:47pm took 22 minutes and that was after I complained. Also they screwed up on the drinks , ordered an Iced Carmel Macchiato and got something mocha. Service at this location is sporadic. Only writing this due to the employee at the window . If a mistake is made by employee error and the customer respectfully questions this Please Don’t Take it Personally ! If you were expecting an item and paid for it already it shouldn’t be a debate . Just correct the issue . It’s simple . Having a passive aggressive attitude over fries and some nuggets is a waste of time . Do your job .
