Me and my friends came here to enjoy a nice meal after a long day to wind down and relax. We come in, order our food, and sit down to wait for our food. As we are waiting, this unkind lady in the kitchen comments rudely on my friends “mouth guard” (he has a retainer for medical reasons) and begins to berate him. I'm here now. Coffee is hot. Seating is varied. Plenty of outlets if you have work to do and need to stay charged. Attendant was checking to make sure the coffee containers were full when I walked up. Bring your own cup and sign in at the kiosk if you don't like dealing with people. This comes from a person who works a couple hrs at Panera 3-4 days a week. This is my first and probably only visit, though, as I live far from here, so no promises for conditions under other managers....read full review
The older lady at the order station always has a bad attitude. Not the first time I’ve felt this way coming in and ordering food. I wish she wore a name tag but I was here 1/29/24 around 2
