Busy when I visited with a friend. The service was fast and friendly. Didn't expect the amount of staff there working expediently. Despite the line we were in, we were greeted and taken care of relatively fast. There was some minor confusion of what we were supposed to do after we placed our order. Putting in my order on-line was very interesting. The man I spoke with on the designated phone number was very curt and just plain rude. The online ordering system was very confusing. We called a customer service phone number to get our questions answered and found a fantastic young lady who helped us. She explained the system to us, and even called back the next morning to make sure our order went through. She deserves a nice raise.

Mark, please have your employees clean the cold case. Glass is filthy. Clean the rest of the front end while you're at it and do it more often than you're doing now. Bagels are great, but everything surrounding the product needs improvement.
