Go in person, don't use the Chipolte App. It is very glitchy. Several times in the past my card has been charged and the order never received. Chipotle has NO customer service. You cannot call the location to ask if your order went through. You can't speak to a live human to get a refund when there is an issue. This was a God awful experience. The young lady was not pleasant one bit. I noticed on my receipt she was signed into the register as "Travis". She was not giving correctly portion sizes for the bowl. I waited 25 minutes in line to be helped for 2 people in front of me that got one item each. The lettuce she put on the bowls was slimmy and brownish green. When I got home I scraped it off of the two bowls in my order, absolutely disgusting. I always have bad experiences with this location today I made a Take out order at 7:00pm. Was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:20pm, Got there at 7:20 and sat there for 30 mins intill 7:55pm. I only ordered 1 bowl & 1 quesadilla it wasn’t a big order at all. An hour to make a small order is a bit ridiculous in my opinion.
