I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the operations at the store located at 309 W Alexis Road. While I greatly appreciate the quality of the pizza, I have consistently encountered issues with the timeliness of food preparation. Despite placing my order two hours in advance to ensure sufficient time for preparation, my pizza was not even started ten minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I ordered delivery today, night before Thanksgiving ? I just wanted to say I was satisfied with the quality and speed of my order, as usual! What impressed me tonight was my delivery person! She went above and beyond to think to bring me plates and napkins, stating she figured people would rather not have to worry about dishes while scurrying with Thanksgiving prep!! Great customer service. Went in to get a pick up order and they were slammed inside, having an issue with the customer at the counter, and a huge line of people. The manager (I believe the name was John?- could be completely wrong- middle aged African American man with a chain and a hat) deserves a raise.
