Not sure why this place isn't more popular with UT students. The service staff was polite, patient, and courteous. Not to mention clean. Having worked in food service before, I know that people can have disgusting habits when handling food. But the cook came in, greeted me and washed her hands. Really alleviated my anxiety to see proper care and hygiene. The food was delicious and the veggies were fresh - I got the steak pita ?. Only wish they had kalamata olives 5/5.
I visited another location and had a fantastic grilled veggie wrap, pita chips and hummus that I really enjoyed. They were so kind in making sure my meal was as close to plant-based/vegan as possible. They even showed me the ingredients on one item just to be sure, the others were easy to see and choose from. Thank you!
