The food is good, bubble teas are great and the atmosphere is great for hanging out and doing work. But the reason I keep coming back is because the staff are so nice. I am a hot tea drinker - most places give you one cup of tea and that's it. Extra hot water is an upcharge. At R&B not only do they serve hot tea in a pot (and it's great tea), but they come by and offer to add more hot water to your pot when it runs low. My boyfriend and I got a poke bowl and sushi burrito delivered to us last night through DoorDash. We had never tried them before and we were really happy with what we got. I would like to go back and check it out in person for sure.

My favorite place to get bubble tea and onigiri. My biggest complaint is the location being close to the DashMart. People sit waiting in their cars and parking is limited. I've had to come back after circling the block to wait for a spot to open up. Bubble tea quality has been disappointing once or twice depending on the employee making it. Avoid on weekends if you want to find a place to sit and wait for your stuff.
